MLX Workbench is released under the MIT license. The full text is in `LICENSE` at release v0.7.1.

MLX Agent, vendored at vendor/mlx-agent, is also MIT licensed; see its repository for its terms. Optional backends and runtimes that Workbench installs on request, including mlx-vlm, mlx-audio and Strata, keep their own licenses.
